Getback are a Rock n Roll band based in Adelaide, South Australia
Getback are an authentic 1950' & 1960's Rock n Roll band dance based in Adelaide, South Australia. They play a wide selection of danceable songs and are very popular among Rock n Rollers in South Australia. The band are often featured at venues that cater for the 'dancing crowd'.They have played at major Rock n Roll festivals across Australia, such as Wintersun QLD/NSW, Birdwood Rock n roll Rendezvous (SA), and Wentworth, NSW for more than 10 years.
Getback have just returned from playing on Rock The Boat 3, a music-themed cruise aboard the liner Rhapsody Of The Seas travelling to and from the South Pacific.

"we have just returned from a 9 night sell-out cruise aboard the Royal Carribean ship Rhapsody of the Seas for Rock the Boat 3. This was a Rock Cruise which covered the music of the eras 50's through to early 80's. Headline entertainers on the cruise were Jimmy Barnes, Glen Shorrock, Ross Wilson, Joe Cammileri,Wilbur Wild & Frankie J, Mental As Anything and Ian Moss. The MC was George Kapinaris. We were indeed fortunate to be part of the entertainment on this wonderful cruise & will be back next year for Rock the Boat 4.
