On The Spot Dancers

Try to dance mainly on the spot instead of travelling across the dance floor. It's a great way to develop fine Rock n Roll dancing technique. To achieve it requires accuracy and compactness of movement along with economy of energy expenditure.  These are the very things that great dancing relies upon.

The Pretzel - A Complex Move

You don’t need to be as skinny as a pretzel to perform this move, you just need very flexible arms. You might like to practice it to the Beatles song “Octopus’s Garden”, because you will feel like one of the said cephalopods by the time you’ve done it a few times.
